When will we begin to take a census before the coming storm, tell the people that if you have means of travel and attempt to stay through the storm that your needs will be taken care of last. Why do we always have to hear from the people who were dumb enough to stay through a storm even after the govt told them that they would not have enough supplies to maintain the populations if the disaster was too much.
