There are few things I feel very strongly about, chili is one of those things.
This is all you need to know about chili cooking. You need a ground meat, good dried chilis ground yourself (no chili powder please), good ground cumin and bunch of it, 1 can of tomatoes, onion, and 2 cold beers (1 for the chili one for the cook). After that you can put in whatever else you want. I’ve made chili with chicken wings in it (great, and isnpired if do say so myself), cut up hot sausage (great!), bratwurst (not the best use for brats but not bad), whole chicken breast (ehhh), a pork chop (great), corn cut of the cob, fresh chili, pure cap etc, etc. Good chili is just a base for whatever you want to make/ have in your freezer.
