Universal health care

In my opinion, if you want the health issues of this country to get worse, universal health care will the be method of choice.  Of course no one addresses some of the real issues of increased health care.  I refer of course to decreased health.

But let me prophesize momentarily.  IF universal health care is approved, the budgets will grow exponentially.  AND as when the prices are too high, the fix will be imposed.  What fix you ask?  Certainly not the elimination of universal health care.  Nay, it will be a matrix of who really deserves health care.  I don’t even believe that’s a horrendous idea.  I read about how much of medicaid went to people in their last year of life.  I can recall my grandpa’s condition when the doctors recognized that his body was riddled with cancer.  I can only imagine how much was spent on prolonging his nearly finished life.  Surely it is nice to spend as much time as possible with a loved one, but how much money was essentially wasted on that particular endeavour.  He passed away.  It happened.  It was inevitable.  Now multiply that by hundreds or thousands of times.  And that is why I foresee the “healthcare matrix” that will determine who does and does not deserve healtcare.

But the general point… the more the government babysits, the more the people will act like babies.
